Yes. We are certified under the ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System, a Prestige International Standard which is only obtainable by demonstrating our ability to control food safety hazards to ensure that our food is safe for our consumers’ consumption.

  • Purchases $80 and above (Free delivery)
  • Purchases between $50 to $79.99 ($10 delivery charge)
  • Purchases below $50 ($15 delivery charge)
  • Minimum of 1 working day.

Note: For urgent order (e.g. same day delivery), an additional charge of $20 will apply, subject to availability of our delivery staff.

We deliver on Saturdays, but not on Sundays and Public Holidays.

No. We will try to structure all our delivery to complete within the normal working hours (From 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.)

Our Sales Representatives will be handling all orders till 5 p.m. during the weekdays and till 1 p.m. during Saturdays.

  1. Please place your orders at least one working day in advance of the delivery.
  2. Log into your account at our website.
  3. Select your items from our wide array of products featured and add to your Shopping Cart.
  4. Check out the items via the shopping cart.
  5. Once your order has been received, you will be contacted by our Sales representative via telephone and the final price will be confirmed with you.
  6. Upon verbal confirmation, you will be able to make payment using either cash (COD), cheques, or through Bank Transfer.

There will be three modes as follows:

Cash-on-Delivery

  • Payment will be made to our delivery staff upon receipt of goods.

Cheque

  • The cheque will be issued by you, and passed to our delivery staff. Please indicate made payable to S.S. Kim Enterprises Pte Ltd, and date it at the date of delivery. We do not accept ‘Cash’ and ‘Post-Dated’ cheques.

Bank Transfer (Via FAST Only)

  • Please indicate to our Sales representative that you are using FAST (Fast and Secure Transfer) Bank Transfer for payment and they will kindly provide you with our banking details. Do note that goods will only be released upon confirmation of funds received.
